  1. Export your chat history from ChatGPT or Claude
  2. Upload the export file to MemoryMigrator
  3. Our AI analyzes and summarizes your conversation
  4. Copy the generated prompt or download as file
  5. Import to OpenClaw as long-term memory

💬 ChatGPT Export Guide

1. Log in to ChatGPT

2. Go to Settings (gear icon)

3. Click "Data controls"

4. Click "Export data"

5. Click "Request export"

6. Download the JSON file when ready

🧠 Claude Export Guide

1. Open Claude in browser

2. Select the conversation you want to export

3. Select all text (Ctrl+A or Cmd+A)

4. Copy (Ctrl+C or Cmd+C)

5. Paste into a text file and save as .txt
